What is a Corporate Refugee?
Much like refugees from war torn countries, corporate refugees find the situation in their place of work has become so awful, so inhuman and so intolerable that they would rather risk everything and get out to start afresh.
In general these highly talented people report they have watched their life in the corporate arena degenerate into budget constraints, impossible deadlines, constant travel, projects with no purpose and departments fighting each other instead of working together, lies, constant change that lacks positive outcomes and never knowing when they will be next in line for termination.
