1. margaretgill.com collects information on Web site usage; this is anonymous information that tracks what pages were viewed, when and from what domain. Users also have the opportunity to subscribe to Margz' Newsletter and provide their email address to do so.

2. The information is collected by Margaret Gill. No user-specific information is distributed to third parties, without the explicit consent of the information owner.

3. The Web site usage information is used to determine what is the most popular information on the site and what are the most popular times the site is viewed. Email addresses of newsletter subscribers will be used only to send out the newsletter.

4. The newsletter is sent monthly.

5. Users may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and may also request the update or deletion of any personal information provided by them.

6. All user-specific information is password protected and kept on separate hardware to the webserver.

7. The privacy of my clients is very important to me. I have a full back to base security system installed to be sure files and client information is safe while I am away from the office. I always strive to have the best possible systems that my budget will allow, in place to keep client information secure.
