This guarantee statement covers the Web site margaretgill.com. Because I want to demonstrate my commitment to you, I provide the following statement of guarantee practices.
I base my coaching relationships on the concept of mutual trust and respect, co-operation in the fulfilment of obligations, achieving premiums through invocation and use of expertise. The relationship is founded on the principles of good faith and fair dealing to the overall best interest of each party. If you feel my side of the agreement has been breached:
I personally guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied in any way with your coaching, then I will gladly refund 100% of your money
The guarantee pertains to each segment of coaching you undertake. Once one segment is complete and you have confirmed you are happy with that segment of coaching you have waived the right to ask for your money back
I reserve the right to terminate the coaching agreement at any time. In doing so, I will refund 100% of the money paid for that segment
How Do I Claim My Money Back?
Simply ASK, preferably in writing giving your reason and stating how my service could improve so you would have been 100% happy
How is the Money Refunded?
The money will be returned to the source from which it came. If you paid by credit card, it will be credited to your card account. If you paid by cheque, I will send you a cheque.
How Long Will It Take?
The money will be refunded within ten working days of the written request, usually sooner.
What are my expectations of my client?
I expect that my clients will enter into the coaching relationship in the same good faith as I do. I expect the client to be in a position of 100% commitment to the goals and outcomes they desire. I do not expect this guarantee policy to be used as an "out" by an uncommitted client, but I will still honour the guarantee if this is the case. You accept the consequences of the bad karma this will generate for yourself!
